Research and Capacity Building Manager

Iti Bhargava is a Research & Capacity Building Manager at CLEAR/J-PAL South Asia. She works on the ASPIRE initiative, working closely with state governments on building research in the labour markets sector. Iti also works on the CLEAR initiative on capacity-building programs like RFI and MSDC.

Iti graduated with a master's degree in international and development economics from Yale University in 2019. Prior to this position, she worked with Samhita as a core member of their M&E team where she supported the REVIVE (blended finance) project. She has also worked at a nascent fintech startup in NYC to build an inclusive savings program for the BIPOC community.
