Namitha Sadanand is a Policy and Capacity Building Manager at CLEAR/J-PAL South Asia. Namitha works on project development for new randomised evaluations and the dissemination of existing evidence in the areas of health and education. She also works on building the evaluation capacity of NGOs, government and local researchers. Namitha holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
